Legal obligation – we have to collect or use your information so we can comply with the law. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.
Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it. Our retention periods are as follows:
Enquiries (contact form or email): We will retain enquiry details (such as your name, email address, and message) for up to 12 months after we have responded, in case of any follow-up.
After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise the information.
GDPR
For users in the EU, we adhere to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For users in the UK, we adhere to the GDPR as enshrined in the Data Protection Act 2018.
